I5malaysia Terms & Conditions – Platform Usage Guide
This document sets out the terms and conditions governing the use of the i5malaysia platform. Please read this document carefully in its entirety before registering an account or using any of our services. Your continued use of this platform constitutes your acceptance of all terms stated herein.

Acceptance of terms and user eligibility
By accessing, registering for, or using any part of the i5malaysia platform, you agree to be bound by all terms and conditions contained in this document. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you are not permitted to use our platform.
To use i5malaysia's services, you must:
- Be at least 18 years of age, or meet the minimum age requirement prescribed by the laws of your local jurisdiction;
- Have full legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement;
- Not be located in a jurisdiction where participation in online betting or gaming activities is prohibited;
- Register only one account — multiple accounts held by the same individual are strictly prohibited.
I5malaysia reserves the right to request proof of identity, age, or address at any time to verify a user's eligibility. Failure to provide the required documents may result in account suspension or closure.
Account creation and security responsibilities
All information you provide during registration must be accurate, complete, and up to date. i5malaysia reserves the right to terminate any account found to contain false or misleading information without prior notice. You are responsible for keeping your personal details current whenever changes occur.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your password and account login details. Do not share your login information with anyone. All activity that occurs through your account is your responsibility, whether or not it was carried out with your knowledge. Contact customer support immediately if you suspect any unauthorised access to your account.
Platform usage rules and user conduct
Users of the i5malaysia platform are strictly prohibited from doing any of the following:
- Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any other method to access or interact with the platform without authorisation;
- Attempting to modify, decompile, or reproduce any part of the platform's code or content;
- Using an account for fraud, money laundering, or any other illegal activity;
- Disrupting the platform's operations or the experience of other users;
- Sharing or selling account access to third parties;
- Exploiting any technical vulnerabilities or errors in the system.
Violation of any of the above rules may result in immediate suspension, account closure, and forfeiture of any balance associated with the offending activity. i5malaysia reserves the right to take appropriate legal action against users who breach these terms.
Payments, deposits, and withdrawals in MYR
All financial transactions on the i5malaysia platform are processed in Malaysian Ringgit (RM / MYR). The following terms govern deposits and withdrawals:
- Deposit: All deposits must be made using accepted payment methods and from an account registered in the same user's name. i5malaysia does not accept third-party deposits.
- Withdrawals: Withdrawal requests will only be processed to the same account or payment method used for the deposit, subject to satisfactory identity verification.
- Processing time: Processing times vary depending on the chosen payment method. i5malaysia is not responsible for delays caused by third parties or banking institutions.
- Transaction limits: Minimum and maximum limits for deposits and withdrawals may vary depending on the payment method. Current limit details can be found in your account section.
- Bonuses and promotions: All bonuses and promotions are subject to separate terms of use stated alongside the respective offer. Withdrawing a bonus before meeting the rollover requirements is not permitted.
I5malaysia reserves the right to hold or cancel any transaction suspected of involving fraud or illegal activity while an investigation is in progress.
Liability limits, account policy, and intellectual property
I5malaysia is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential losses arising from the use of the platform, including but not limited to service interruptions, technical errors, or game outcomes.
I5malaysia's total liability to any user under any circumstances is limited to the amount deposited by that user in the 30 days preceding the claim. This platform is provided "as is" with no guarantee of uninterrupted operation.
I5malaysia reserves the right to suspend or close any account at any time if there is evidence or reasonable suspicion of a breach of these terms, fraud, misuse, or any activity deemed harmful to the platform or other users.
Users whose accounts are closed due to a breach of terms are not entitled to any compensation for losses arising from that closure.
All content on the i5malaysia platform — including logos, designs, text, graphics, software, and interfaces — is the property of i5malaysia or its respective licensors. No part of this content may be copied, distributed, modified, or used for commercial purposes without prior written consent from i5malaysia.
The i5malaysia platform may contain links to third-party websites for informational purposes. i5malaysia is not responsible for the content, privacy policies, or practices of any third-party websites. Use of third-party websites is entirely at your own risk and is subject to their respective terms and privacy policies.
Amendments to terms and applicable law
Right to amend terms
I5malaysia reserves the right to amend, update, or replace any part of these terms and conditions at any time without prior notice. Amendments take effect immediately upon being published on this site. It is your responsibility to review these terms periodically. Your continued use of the platform following any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms.
Applicable law
These terms and conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the applicable laws of Malaysia. Any dispute arising from or relating to these terms shall first be resolved through negotiation, and if unsuccessful, through an appropriate dispute resolution mechanism under the relevant jurisdiction.
Severability
